about
"Frameshift" is the winner of WriScriVember's 2017 Audio Drama Contest. All proceeds will be donated to United for Puerto Rico.
WriScriVember is a casual community-based writing challenge that happens every November. The associated Audio Drama Contest is run by Zach Valenti - actor and podcast producer from Wolf 359. The WriScriVember community votes on eligible scripts written during November and the winning script is brought to life by podcasting pros. The result is then put up for sale to raise money for difference-making charitable organizations.
The author, Shannon Smyth, is an engineering student at the University of British Columbia. She is the creator and writer of the supernatural-fantasy podcast They Say a Lot of Things and in 2018 she was a part of the Outpatient Collective at Calgary Young People's Theatre, where she collaborated with a group of her peers to write a murder-mystery play entitled Wayward inspired by the works of Agatha Christie. She is also a voice actor on Galactic Grimm and WZED. Ask her about her plans for world domination.
